Why Support Us

-Just under 4 Canadians are killed each day and 207 Canadians are injured each day due to crashes involving alcohol or drugs.

-Approximately 69,000 Canadians impacted by impaired drivers annually.

-Estimated 12.5 million trips of impaired driving each year in Canada.

-Approximate average of only 70,000 charges of impaired driving being laid in a given year.

MADD Toronto is the Chapter of MADD Canada working in your neighbourhood to “stop impaired driving and to support victims of this violent crime”. MADD Toronto’s aim is to offer support services to victims, heighten awareness about the dangers of impaired driving and to save lives and prevent injuries on our roads - all in your neighbourhood! We believe that you do not need to be a victim to care strongly about impaired driving as impaired drivers on our streets affect all of us.

We value our donors. We depend on the generosity of Torontonians to do all that we do.

MADD Toronto’s volunteers are committed to supporting the victims of and stopping impaired driving in our city. We wish to assure you that 100% of the funds that are raised by our Chapter, whether through fundraising or through private donations, stays with our Chapter and is used on our programs and services. Your support helps us provide essential services to victims and programs to stop impaired driving. Thank you!
